Garlic knots are a great snack or appetizer that everyone will love! They’re made with bread and butter, which means they’re already delicious by themselves, but then we add in garlic and cheese and make them even better. You can use any type of bread that you like, but we recommend using sourdough because it makes the texture of your bread moister when it bakes.
The best part about making these garlic knots is that they don’t require much work on your part—just mix all of your ingredients together, then roll them into balls and bake! Once they’re done baking, take them out of the oven and let them cool off so they can harden up again before serving. Then dig right in!

- 5-6 lbs. Frozen garlic knots
Instructions
- Preheat 2-3 14” Dutch ovens.
- Place trivets on Dutch oven.
- Assemble frozen rolls on backing pans for Dutch ovens.
- Back rolls as instructed on package .
