- 9 lbs Potatoes frozen hash browns
- 1 ½ cup Shortening
- ¼ cup Salt
- ½ tbsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Place layer of potatoes on well-greased 400 F. griddle; cook 15 minutes; turn; brown on other side.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
