- 1 1/2 qt Sugar
- 3 Cup Hershey’s cocoa powder
- 3 Cup Vanilla extract
- 4 Cup Hot Water
Instructions
- Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in medium saucepan; stir in water. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil and stir 2 minutes.
