Ingredients
- 1 bag Instant rice
- 1 can Chili no beans
- 1 cup Cheese spread
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1 Chopped red pepper
- 1 Tomato slices
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package. Drain and set aside. Combine other ingredients in pan and heat until cheese is melted. Stir to blend well. Serve over rice
- Garnish with peppers & tomato.
