Foil Nachos
Indulge yourself with the baked Nachos in foil pack, that is easy to make and serve with minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
- 1 Aluminum foil sheets
- 4 lbs. Tortilla strips
- 9 lbs. Jack cheese
- ½ Chili con carne
- ½ Chicken fajita strips diced
- 1 Jalapenos
- 1 Black beans drained
- 1 Sour cream
Instructions
- Set up assemble line for scout to build their own nachos
- Place 2 sheets of foil on plate
- Add tortilla chips and cheese
- Choose your own toppings
- Wrap foil around nachos sealing them in a foil pouch
- Heat over coals for 2-3 minutes on each side
