The recipe is simple and easy to make, with ingredients you can find at any grocery store. You’ll need beef stock, diced tomatoes, diced carrots, celery stalks, onion rings, garlic cloves, black pepper, and chili powder. And for this stew recipe you’ll also need a slow cooker—but if you’ve got one of those lying around already then that means you’re on your way to making the best stew recipe out there!
Once you’ve gathered all your ingredients together it’s time to get cooking! Start by adding the beef stock into your slow cooker and then add in all the other ingredients except for the cheese cubes (you’ll want those at the end). Set your slow cooker on high heat and let it cook for four hours. After four hours turn off heat but leave your slow cooker on warm until ready to serve.
